Transaction fees if any charged would not be refunded by any means for any refund, reversal or chargeback of any payment. Transaction charges would be borne by the Cardholder for any payment of fees.

Do not initiate further payment if fails once so that there is no double payment for that particular payment. You will receive the payment back to the same account from where the payment was initially made. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund.
